Ivy League Coaching

*Includes free 20 minute consultation*

A lot of students, no matter how brilliant they are, fail to get accepted into their top choice university. Why? Although there isn’t one correct answer, it’s usually because they started too late, are not impressing admissions officers enough, don’t have strong enough grades, or a combination of all the above.

Unfortunately, college admissions fail to admit students based on pure intelligence as doing such would be an impossible task. Instead, admissions officers take a holistic look at a student’s experiences and try to forge the best representation of that individual. Although there isn’t a set path of extracurriculars to follow, decades worth of college admissions indicate specific patterns as to what all accepted students share. In our private college counseling course, your child will be able to meet directly with experienced Ivy League coaches to forge a plan, ask questions, and get them answered. For younger students, our mentoring program creates a flexible path that increases their likelihood of acceptance into their dream school. The earlier a student starts, the better.

High School Mentoring

Initial Meeting + Learning

When your child is first matched with their mentor, the two of them will meet over zoom to learn about the overall admissions process. The tutor will share their experience with college admissions, and will then analyze how the student’s goals will fit into their high school plan.

Creating a High School Plan

Next, the tutor will help your child create a tangible plan that accommodates the remaining time they have in high school. That way, your child has a specific checklist of things to accomplish to ensure that by the end of high school, they are ready to apply to their dream school.

Continuing Progress and Success

At any point in the process, the student and tutor can meet to talk about any changes, progress, or even check-ins. If your child decides that they want to change their plan, we can work around that. Remember, the tutor will be available to work with any problem your child runs into.
