Michael Tu

Michael is an undergraduate student at Brown University, pursuing a double major in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science. He is excited to work with his students to achieve success in the college admissions process!

At Brown, Michael serves as a mentor in Young Entrepreneurs of Providence (YEP!), a program designed to help local high school students build entrepreneurial skills by creating their own pitch for a venture. In addition, for the past two years, Michael was a course instructor in Algebra 2/Trigonometry for Quarantutors. 

Michael loves teaching, especially anything math. He has experienced mentoring and tutoring throughout his entire educational experience and seeks to expand his skill set during his time at Brown. He scored a near perfect SAT score with a perfect score on the math section. He looks forward to breaking down problems and building up confidence with his students to ultimately achieve success on the SAT.
